Too often we are quick to anger. And the world seems to be acting in kind. But we can be living examples of Christ’s message. What can you do to bring peace into your community, your home, your heart?

Pray

God of peace, Anger surrounds me, trying to build a home in my heart. With your help, I will counter that anger with love. With your guidance, I will choose the way of peace and humility. With your will, I can rise above the chaos and the noise and the hatred to a place of stillness where I know you await me.
